Welcome to Arsll. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Arsll is a matrimonial platform designed to help adults find suitable marriage partners through meaningful connections and shared values.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be legally eligible to marry under the laws of your country of residence.
  • By using the platform, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

2. Account & Profile

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile.
  • One account per person. Duplicate or fake profiles will be removed.
  • Profile photos must be of you. Using someone else's photos is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
  • Send unsolicited promotional or commercial messages.
  • Impersonate another person or use a false identity.
  • Attempt to access other users' private data or circumvent platform security.
  • Use the platform for purposes inconsistent with Islamic values and the goal of marriage.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Payments

  • Premium features are available via subscription at £4.99/month.
  • Profile Boost (£2.99) and Verification Badge (£4.99) are one-time purchases.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our published policies and applicable payment provider requirements.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Verification

Verification badges indicate that a user has completed our selfie verification process. While we strive to maintain authenticity, verification does not constitute a guarantee of identity, and we encourage users to exercise due diligence.

6. Reporting & Blocking

Users can report or block others at any time. We review reports and may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms. Decisions regarding account suspensions are at our sole discretion.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arsll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any outcomes arising from interactions between users, including but not limited to meetings, communications, or relationships formed through the platform. We do not guarantee that you will find a match.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via the in-app "Delete Account" feature. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be permanently removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
