This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel a subscription on Arsll. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase on Arsll, you agree to this policy.
1. Premium Subscription (Arsll Premium — £4.99/month)
- Your Premium subscription is billed monthly and auto-renews until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Premium access until then.
- To cancel: go to your profile, tap "Manage Subscription," or contact us via the Contact page.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. One-Time Purchases
Arsll offers the following one-time purchases:
- Profile Boost (£2.99): Active for 24 hours. Non-refundable once activated.
- Verification Badge (£4.99): Covers the admin review of your selfie. Non-refundable once the review process has begun.
3. Refund Eligibility
- You may request a refund within 14 days of a Premium subscription payment, provided you have not used any Premium features (such as viewing who liked you or using a boost) during that billing cycle.
- Refunds for one-time purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with details of the issue.
- Refunds are not available for: partial billing periods already used, boosts already consumed, or verification reviews already completed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via our contact page with the following information:
- Your account email and display name
- The payment date and amount
- The reason for your refund request
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
